Terms of Service

Last updated: 29 May 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website vectorgtm.ai (the "Site"), operated by Vector GTM ("Vector", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful, informational, and business purposes only. You agree not to:

  • Use the Site in any way that breaches applicable laws or regulations;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers, or any connected systems;
  • Introduce malicious code, or interfere with the proper working of the Site;
  • Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Site other than through ordinary browsing;
  • Misrepresent your identity or submit false information through our forms.

2. Our services

The Site describes Vector's performance-based SDR and pipeline generation services. Content on the Site is provided for general information and does not constitute an offer, a guarantee of results, or a binding commitment. Any engagement for our services — including the scope, fees, and any "No Cure, No Pay" arrangement — is governed by a separate written service agreement between Vector and the client. Where these Terms conflict with a signed service agreement, the service agreement prevails for that engagement.

3. Booking calls and submitting enquiries

When you submit a form or book a call, you agree to provide accurate and current information. Do not submit confidential or sensitive personal information through the Site's forms. We process the information you submit in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4. Intellectual property

The Site and all of its content — including text, graphics, logos, design, and underlying code — are owned by or licensed to Vector and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your own internal, non-commercial reference. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, or distribute any part of the Site without our prior written permission. "Vector" and associated branding are our marks and may not be used without consent.

5. Third-party links and services

The Site may contain links to third-party websites and may use third-party services (for example, scheduling, analytics, and visitor-identification tools). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties. Your use of third-party sites and services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

6. Disclaimers

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Any performance figures, case studies, or examples shown are illustrative and are not a promise of comparable results.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vector shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of (or inability to use) the Site. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vector and its team from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or your breach of these Terms.

9. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which form part of these Terms.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark, and any disputes relating to the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Danish courts, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
